This cocktail is smooth and creamy yet surprisingly not super sweet. The hints of Maple and Peanut Butter throughout it makes this truly delicious vegan cocktail.
30ml – Almond Milk
2 heaped tablespoons of Coconut Cream (not the milk)
1 Teaspoon – Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon – Peanut Butter
4 Ice cubes
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously for a minute then pour through a strainer and into your glass of choice.
Garnish with shaved coconut.
