I always find majority of Guacamole’s really heavy. Too much smashed avo and not alot else. These is just a lighter version that bursts in your mouth! Excellent with corn chips, crackers, on toasted bread, with potatoes, okay just fucking put this on everything okay!
Ingredients:
Avocado – 1
Cherry Tomatoes – 5
Red Onion – Half
Juice from a Lemon – 1
Salt and Pepper – Season to taste
Method:
Cut into your avocado and scoop out the flesh and mash up in a bowl.
Cut your cherry tomatoes into three parts and pop them into the bowl.
Dice your red onion and add to your avo mixture.
Add your lemon juice and season with salt and pepper (taste and stop when you’re happy, I only add shit loads of pepper) and then mix!
