This shit is the bomb! The best Lychee Martini I’ve ever had! I live in Melbourne so I’ve had many, many a cocktail out! This beats all of them hands down (my husband created this recipe) I wish I could say I made this!
Vodka – 30ml
Lychee Liqueur – 40ml
Lychee Juice – 20ml
Dry Vermouth – 15ml
Lychees -3 to garnish and 2 in the shaker
Put above into a cocktail shaker with a shit load of ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into any martini glass- or tumbler, even a mug. Anything to consume this delicious liquid.
