The simplest recipe ever but they pack so much flavour!
Peeled Carrots – how every many you wishThyme sprigs – fresh is best. I normally do same amount of carrots to thymeOlive OilHoney – 1 Tablespoon
Pre-heat your oven on 180 degrees. Drizzle an oven poof pan with oil and rub your carrots and thyme in the pan. Pop in the oven for 30mins. Then take them out and drizzle with honey, put them in for approximately another 10 to 20 mins then serve!
They look super fancy and are easy as fuck
